Dental Patient Information – Clute, TX
Helping You Prepare For a New Dental Experience
Here at Woodshore Family Dentistry, we not only look forward to meeting you but also welcoming you into our oral healthcare family. As a patient in our office, we care about more than just your smile. We want to get to know you and help you feel at home the moment you arrive. To make this possible, we hope you’ll take a few minutes to read the information below before your first appointment. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Your First Visit
Your first visit will begin with a warm greeting from our team. After entering your information, we’ll escort you to a treatment room where we will take digital X-rays of your smile and go over your medical history. One of our dentists will then perform a thorough examination of your smile, checking for signs of decay, disease, infection, or damage. After compiling our results, we’ll formulate a treatment plan and review it with you.
Before you leave, we’ll perform a professional cleaning to give your smile the care it deserves, leaving you with fresher breath and a healthier, more beautiful appearance.
We know filling out paperwork in our office can be time-consuming. This is why we want to make it easier by allowing you to fill out the forms at home before your appointment. All you need to do is bring the completed forms with you. This will guarantee a more seamless check-in process and enjoyable experience.
At Woodshore Family Dentistry, we are pleased to accept most PPO dental insurance plans. We are aware most of our patients rely on their dental insurance to obtain affordable dental care, so we want to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. We’ll file your claims and paperwork as well as identify ways to help you take advantage of your dental benefits before they expire at the end of the calendar year.
Learn More About Dental Insurance
For individuals who require more complex dental care, there is the option to apply for flexible financing through CareCredit. This third-party company provides an easy solution to those who need to break up the cost of their care into manageable monthly payments. Instead of paying it all upfront, individuals can spread out the cost and stay within their monthly budget. With CareCredit, patients can enroll in low- or no-interest plans that make it easy to afford dental care.
In-House Savings Plan
If you are uninsured but need dental care, don’t assume all hope is lost when it comes to being able to afford a healthy smile. With our in-house membership plan, we promise high-quality dental services for one low fee. Offering access to preventive care, patients can enjoy valuable discounts on other available services without the red tape of traditional dental insurance.
